The Role:
A new opportunity is available for a Facilities Manager to work for a leading asset management organisation within industrial property.
You will manage an industrial based portfolio across Western Melbourne. This role will require travel and you will manage 10+ sites, whilst reporting into the Senior FM.
Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Manage all maintenance and services across the industrial portfolio
- Manage minor works, PPM’s and reactive works
- Conduct site inspections
- Manage subcontractors and stakeholder relationships
- Budget responsibility monitoring cost and performance
- Experience in facilities within industrial property
- Proven experience working within critical environments
- Strong technical knowledge
- Ability to build strong relationships with contractors and relevant stakeholders
