Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, this role will support the finance function across the Funds investment portfolio, with strong exposure to asset-level financial analysis, modelling, forecasting and investor reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead asset-level budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Analyse property performance and provide commercial insights to Asset Management
- Prepare investor and co-investor reporting
- Manage property trust accounting and distributions
- Support audit, tax and financial control processes
- Develop and improve financial models, reporting processes and systems
- Provide financial analysis to support investment and capital expenditure decisions
About you:
- 3+ years' relevant accounting/finance experience
- Real estate, private equity or funds management experience highly regarded
- CA/CPA qualified or progressing towards qualification
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of property, trust and fund accounting structures
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and communication skills
