This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to gain exposure to complex property transactions, feasibility modelling, investment analysis and strategic decision-making within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Finance and working closely with Development Managers, Acquisitions and Senior Directors, you will play a key role in evaluating development opportunities, monitoring project performance and providing commercial insights that support business growth.
You will be involved across the full property lifecycle, from acquisition and feasibility assessment through to development delivery and project completion. Key responsibilities include;
Financial Modelling & Analysis
- Prepare and maintain detailed property development feasibility models.
- Analyse project returns, sensitivities, cash flows and investment performance.
- Support acquisition due diligence and investment appraisals.
- Evaluate funding structures and project financing requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
- Assist Development Managers with project reporting and commercial analysis.
- Track project costs and identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare board and investment committee papers.
- Produce financial reports, dashboards and performance analysis.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct market, competitor and industry research.
- Provide recommendations to support investment and development decisions.
- Degree qualified in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Property Economics or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years' experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, property, infrastructure, advisory or investment.
- Big 4 mover from Audit or Transaction Services highly regarded but not essential
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience or genuine interest within property development, real estate, funds management, valuation or advisory will be highly regarded.
