We’re partnering with a well-established builder delivering multiple large-scale residential projects across Sydney, with a secured pipeline through to 2027+.
They are looking to appoint a General Foreman to a major $150M+ multi-residential development in Epping , currently progressing through structure across multiple buildings.
This role is suited to someone who has operated across both internal and external packages on large-scale projects and understands how to drive delivery across all stages of the build.
The Role:
- Oversee site operations across structure, façade, and internal finishes
- Coordinate trades, sequencing, and program across multiple work fronts
- Drive productivity while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Work closely with Site Manager and project team to ensure smooth delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Foreman on $100M+ multi-residential projects
- Exposure across both external works (structure/façade) and internal finishes
- Strong track record of delivering projects through full lifecycle
- Stable employment history with reputable builders
- A hands-on leader who takes ownership and drives outcomes
- $150k – $220k+ package (depending on experience)
- Landmark $300M+ project in Epping (multi-building scheme)
- Strong pipeline of future work across Sydney
- Well-structured business with solid systems and resourcing
- Long-term career stability with a builder focused on delivery
