We've partnered exclusively with a leading Australian property group with decades of experience to find their next Head of Channel Sales.

The Business

With a landmark project in their current pipeline alongside a strong slate of apartments and premium townhomes, the product speaks for itself. A channel sweet spot of $700K–$1.1M, in-house end-to-end capability, and decades of delivery experience give the channel team genuine confidence to go to market.

The Role

If you've spent years building your channel network, this is the role that rewards it. You'll own a portfolio of channel partner accounts across domestic and international markets, lead a small Channel Sales team, and be directly accountable for growing the network beyond its current footprint.

This isn't a build-from-scratch role. There's a strong foundation here. What's needed is someone who can deepen existing partnerships, activate new ones, and show up as the face of the business in rooms that matter.

What the role involves:

Managing and developing a channel sales team, holding senior partner relationships, presenting product at events locally every couple of months, and travelling internationally across markets including China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Taiwan for roadshows and partner engagement.

Who we're looking for:

Someone with broad domestic and international channel experience. You come with relationships ready to activate, you've led teams before, and you understand how to sell premium residential product through the channel. Managerial experience and a genuine network are non-negotiable.

The numbers:
Base of up to $150K–$200K + super + commission. OTE $500K–$750K. (Dependent on experience)
