This is a pivotal leadership role for a commercially driven professional who combines strong Quantity Surveying or cost management expertise with a proven ability to win work, grow accounts, and influence senior stakeholders.
Operating across infrastructure, energy, renewables, and commercial sectors, the business partners with major contractors and clients on some of Australia’s most complex and high-profile projects.
The Role
- Lead and drive commercial growth strategy, identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Leverage existing industry relationships to develop and expand key client accounts
- Act as a senior trusted advisor to clients on commercial, cost, and strategic project matters
- Lead and support tenders, proposals, and client presentations
- Provide oversight on commercial outcomes across major projects at a strategic level
- Contribute to the development of a high-performing, client-focused commercial team
- Play a key role in shaping the direction and growth of the broader business
About You
- Background in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or Commercial Advisory within a consultancy or client-side environment
- Proven ability to win work, grow revenue, or develop long-term client relationships
- Strong industry presence with an established or developing professional network across key sectors
- Experienced operating at Associate Director, Director, or equivalent senior level
- Confident engaging at executive and board level with strong influencing skills
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of project feasibility, cost, and risk management
- Natural relationship builder with a track record of delivering business outcomes through clients
