An established and expanding real estate platform is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its finance function and support the next phase of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with broad exposure across operations, assets and investors.
The Role
As a key member of the leadership team, you will:
- Lead and develop a small finance team (onshore & offshore)
- Oversee corporate and property-level financial management across a multi-asset portfolio
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Own budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes
- Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and cost control
- Manage investor reporting, distributions and stakeholder engagement
- Support new acquisitions and strategic initiatives
- Maintain strong financial controls, governance and compliance frameworks
About You
- CA/CPA qualified with strong academics
- Proven experience leading and mentoring finance teams
- Strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience in forecasting and analysis
- Background in real estate, property, hospitality or asset-intensive sectors
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on SME environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership and investors
- Experience with Xero or similar systems preferred
