Working closely with senior leaders across the three studios, you will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development, performance management, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organisational growth.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across architecture, interior design, and corporate support functions.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline and manage external recruitment agencies.

  • Manage performance review frameworks, goal setting processes, and employee development initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, employment awards, and workplace health and safety obligations.
  • Coordinate remuneration reviews, salary benchmarking, and employee benefits administration.
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs that support career growth and succession planning.
  • Maintain HR systems, reporting, and people analytics to support informed decision-making.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and values-driven culture across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

About You

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • 6–8 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full employee lifecycle within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Experience leading recruitment activities and developing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
