Role 
  • Development of conceptual ideas, materiality and translation of those ideas into presentations and the design
  • Leading teams and working collaboratively across all project phases from briefing, space planning, concept, with a focus on conceptual design through to documentation and delivery
  • Planning and preparing developed design and documentation, working through design options and detailing Revit drawings and schedules
  • Leading client relationships and liaising with contractors to ensure the design is translated and realised on site
  • Liaising and coordinating with sub-consultants and suppliers
 
Requirements 
  • Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Architecture or Interior Design or recognised equivalent tertiary qualification within NZ
  • 1- 4 years post graduate experience working in interior architecture
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and InDesign (Adobe Suite)
  • Flexibility to work across scale, sector and discipline
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and has a proactive approach
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients, teams and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated approach and positive outlook
