Role
- Development of conceptual ideas, materiality and translation of those ideas into presentations and the design
- Leading teams and working collaboratively across all project phases from briefing, space planning, concept, with a focus on conceptual design through to documentation and delivery
- Planning and preparing developed design and documentation, working through design options and detailing Revit drawings and schedules
- Leading client relationships and liaising with contractors to ensure the design is translated and realised on site
- Liaising and coordinating with sub-consultants and suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Architecture or Interior Design or recognised equivalent tertiary qualification within NZ
- 1- 4 years post graduate experience working in interior architecture
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and InDesign (Adobe Suite)
- Flexibility to work across scale, sector and discipline
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and has a proactive approach
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients, teams and stakeholders
- Self-motivated approach and positive outlook
