Redpath Partners has been exclusively engaged by a leading Australian property group to appoint an experienced Investment Manager.
This is a senior, strategic opportunity working across a significant portfolio of institutional-grade retail assets, with direct exposure to investment strategy, capital allocation, transactions, development and Joint Venture management.
The Role:
Working closely with senior executives and investment leaders, you will:
- Drive long-term asset and portfolio investment strategy
- Lead financial modelling, forecasting and investment analysis
- Assess acquisitions, disposals and development opportunities
- Prepare investment papers and recommendations for senior investment committees
- Support complex asset repositioning and capital allocation strategies
- Partner across Transactions, Development, Asset Management and Valuations
- Manage key Joint Venture relationships and strategic discussions
About You:
We are seeking an experienced investment professional with 7+ years’ experience across property investment, investment management, transactions, valuations or funds management.
You will bring:
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capability
- Experience across complex property assets or portfolios
- Strong understanding of portfolio optimisation and capital allocation
- Experience preparing and presenting investment recommendations
- Commercial judgement and strong senior stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to institutional property, with retail experience highly regarded
