What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and maintaining the lease management system, including lease setup, updates, and invoice processing
  • Liaising with external lawyers on lease reviews, negotiations, and documentation through to execution
  • Ensuring lease and financial data is accurate and up to date across systems
  • Providing guidance to internal stakeholders on lease obligations
  • Assisting with reporting, analysis, and portfolio insights
  • Supporting the wider Property team with day-to-day lease administration

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Lease Administration within retail or commercial property
  • Strong understanding of commercial leases and legal documentation
  • Experience with lease management systems (LeaseEagle or similar)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
