A purchasing experience that matches the product. With a landmark luxury tower now live on the CBD fringe, this is a boutique opportunity at the centre of a high-profile project.

The Role

This role is immediately available. You'll step straight onto a prestige CBD fringe tower and own the full sales journey from first enquiry through to settlement, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

The project has strong sales momentum with healthy inbound lead volume already flowing, and real capacity to scale. Price points sit firmly in the prestige segment, with commission earnings to match. Structuring is flexible: permanent or contract through to project completion, depending on what works for the right person. Beyond this project, the group is actively exploring new acquisitions, with further opportunity for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process: lead, appointment, contract, settlement
  • Building genuine relationships with high-net-worth purchasers and investors
  • Delivering premium presentations from a luxury display suite environment
  • Partnering with the marketing team on lead generation and campaign performance
  • Maintaining sharp CRM and sales reporting
  • Representing the brand with professionalism and deep product knowledge at every touchpoint
About You

Three things are non-negotiable for this role:

  • Melbourne-based, with established knowledge of the local prestige apartment market
  • Experience selling off-the-plan apartments at $1.2M+ price points
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a prestige property environment

Candidates based interstate will be considered only where Melbourne market knowledge is demonstrable. Applications from outside Australia will not be considered.

Beyond that:

  • Strong negotiator with a consultative, client-first approach to high-net-worth purchasers
  • Comfortable reading architectural plans and specs
  • Confident with CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Polished and professional, representing a brand where every detail matters
  • VIC real estate licence held or in progress preferred
The Package
  • Base up to $110K (negotiable for the right candidate) + commission
  • OTE $200K+
  • Boutique, high-trust environment with direct MD access
  • A landmark project with a developer who takes serious pride in their work
