We have partnered with a listed national Property Group with billions under management. This group are going from strength to strength in continuous growth, and offer fantastic employee benefits.
The opportunity has become for a Digital Marketing Executive reporting into the Head of Marketing for the shopping centre portfolio of assets.
This is a rare, head-office position. You will lead the key digital channels across shopping centres in the annual marketing calendar (Socials, eDMs, SEO, Website).

The Benefits?
  • Inoffice collaboration is encouraged, and 1 day WFH flexibility is on offer
  • Beautiful CBD offices
  • Novated Car Leasing
  • Paid Parental Leave (16 weeks paid in full for primary carer!)
  • Employee Assistance Program (mental health & wellbeing)
  • And, last but not least, an incredible Manager to report into.

The Role:

You will drive performance across key channels for the portfolio of Shopping Centres. You are a data-led individual, that loves to see things come to life. Responsibilities include:
  • Digital Strategy & Planning – look after the digital strategy across channels for each centre’s annual marketing calendar. Ensuring alignment with each centre’s localised marketing objectives (in collaboration with their localised marketing teams!) while also maintaining a portfoliowide consistency to brand standards
  • Website Management & Optimisation – Lead design, development and the ongoing optimisation of retail websites within the portfolio
  • SEO Management – Create and rollout SEO to improve search rankings, and monitor performance, staying up to date with trends or algorithm changes
  • Social Media – Develop and support in execution of social media strategies
  • eDMs – Provie framework and plan email campaigns for the centre teams to rollout. Analyse performance from the campaigns.
  • Data, Insights & Reporting – In collaboration with the shopping centre marketing teams, track, analyse, and report on the digital performance and the impact on centre traffic and sales

About You:
  • You don’t need to have ‘digital’ in your title, however, you do need to be digitally savvy across the above channels, with a passion to continue specialising in them (and proven results)
  • Shopping Centre Marketing / Retail Marketing experience is a bonus
  • We also welcome backgrounds from Property (Asset Management), Property Development marketing, or Digital Marketing experience coming from Agencies that have worked with relevant clients
  • Strong Website CMS experience (e.g. Wordpress), SEO experience, Social Media experience (handson) across Meta/TikTok etc, eDM experience with campaign execution, creative tools like Canva/Adobe are helpful
  • If your experience is similar to the above, we’d still love to hear from you
