Reporting to a Marketing Manager, you'll play a hands-on role owning the marketing for residual stock projects with buyers ready to move in now, while supporting a portfolio of high-end projects at launch and pre-development stages.

The Role
- Managing and delivering content across multiple projects simultaneously
- Writing compelling copy for eDMs, websites, social and editorial pieces
- Managing WordPress websites and coordinating updates
- Owning eDM strategy and execution end-to-end via Salesforce CRM
- Playing an active role in premium events, private launches and brand partnerships
- Supporting PR and editorial activity to drive awareness and brand prestige
- Coordinating agencies, collateral, budgets and timelines across projects
- Working closely with the sales team to align messaging and support residual stock movement
- Keeping a close eye on campaign and content performance across the portfolio
About You
- 3 – 5 + years’ Marketing experience
- Property Development / Real Estate project marketing experience (high end/premium preference)
- Confident copywriter who can adapt tone across eDMs, web, social and editorial
- Comfortable and confident in client-facing environments, with a professional presence that reflects the calibre of the brand (as events will be a part of the role)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects
- A self-starter who can take the brief and run with it
