THE COMPANY:
A privately owned residential developer with a well-earned name in the premium end of the market. Known for delivering high-quality apartment and townhome projects, the business is entering a particularly active chapter with a strong pipeline of upcoming launches has prompted this newly created position. You'll join a close-knit, high-functioning marketing team and work directly under the National Marketing Manager.

THE ROLE
This is a hands-on marketing position sitting across a portfolio of premium residential projects including apartments and townhomes, taking them from pre-launch all the way through to sell-out.

Day to day, you'll be:
  • Running end-to-end campaigns across live projects, keeping everything on brief, on budget, and on time
  • Planning and executing a high volume of events - from buyer activations to agent and referral partner evenings - handling everything from concept to on-the-day delivery
  • Contributing to media planning across digital, print, and other channels as needed
  • Coordinating the production of collateral: brochures, display suites, signage, digital assets, and launch materials
  • Supporting brand development and keeping brand application consistent across all project touchpoints
  • Liaising with sales teams, creative agencies, and external suppliers on an ongoing basis
  • Monitoring campaign performance and feeding insights back into strategy
  • Managing a busy, shifting workload across multiple concurrent projects

ABOUT YOU
  • Property development marketing experience is essential  - we require a solid background in residential project marketing, preferably across apartments or townhomes
  • Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end, with genuine capability across events, brand, and media
  • Adept at juggling competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • A collaborative, proactive operator who brings structure and energy to busy environments
  • Strong communicator and able to manage agencies, internal teams, and external partners with ease
  • Tertiary qualified in marketing, communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
