An opportunity has become available for a Marketing Manager to support a portfolio of Commercial, Industrial and Mixed-Use assets. Working closely with Asset Management, Leasing and the wider Marketing team, you will deliver marketing activity that supports leasing, brand and asset performance outcomes.
This role suits someone stepping up from a Marketing Executive , Marketing Specialist , or a Marketing Manager looking to broaden their experience into a new asset class/join a collaborative marketing team.

The Role
- Deliver marketing activity across a portfolio of Commercial, Industrial and Mixed-Use assets
- Work closely with Asset Management, Leasing and Development teams to support leasing, occupancy and asset performance outcomes
- Manage marketing collateral, campaigns and key deliverables from briefing through to execution
- Coordinate external partners including creative, media and brand agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Support launch activity, events and campaign rollouts as required
About You
- Experience in a property marketing role, with background across commercial, industrial and/or residential projects/assets
- Exposure to Property Developers, Commercial Real Estate agencies or Creative/Brand Agencies working with Property Clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work confidently across diverse stakeholder groups
- Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded, with an eye for quality, detail and brand consistency
