We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of the marketing function for a busy shopping centre. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real autonomy to shape the annual marketing strategy, bring campaigns and events to life, and drive strong retailer and digital engagement to increase foot traffic and support retailer sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of the annual marketing strategy for the centre
  • Own the marketing calendar, bringing campaigns, activations and events from concept through to execution
  • Manage and optimise all digital channels including website content, Instagram, Facebook and EDM communications
  • Work closely with retailers to drive engagement, participation and cross-promotional opportunities
  • Oversee campaign performance tracking, budgets and post-campaign insights to continually improve results
  • Partner with agencies, contractors and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes

About You

  • You bring solid marketing experience, ideally within retail or shopping centre environments
  • You’re confident across digital marketing, including social media, EDMs and CMS platforms
  • You enjoy building strong relationships and naturally engage stakeholders with ease
  • You’re highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns in a fast-moving environment
  • You think commercially and are motivated by results, engagement and impact
  • You bring a creative, proactive approach and enjoy taking ownership of your work
