Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on, fast-paced and strategic role overseeing a varied portfolio of residential community projects across launch, maintenance and end-of-life stages. Your scope will include strategy, planning and market research through to campaign execution and performance analysis. You'll collaborate closely with creative and digital agencies as well as executive and senior internal stakeholders, with the goal of maximising project visibility, customer engagement and ROI.
You'll lead a small team and take a light-touch approach to budgets, reviewing spend and shaping recommendations rather than owning budgets outright.
About You
- Land experience essential (residential communities, land, greenfield)
- Full project lifecycle experience, including taking new projects to market
- Agency-side or client-side background considered, including agencies managing multiple development clients across projects (some agency-side experience preferred)
- CRM and email platform experience essential, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferred
- Strong digital marketing background
- A confident communicator who builds relationships with ease and handles conflicting stakeholder views with maturity
- Leadership or mentoring experience, with direct or indirect reports
- Hybrid working : 2 days WFH, with flexibility around personal and parental commitments
