Join a nationally recognised property group with a strong pipeline of work. The business is focused on delivering a top tier customer experience, backed by research and data-driven insight.

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on, fast-paced and strategic role overseeing a varied portfolio of residential community projects across launch, maintenance and end-of-life stages. Your scope will include strategy, planning and market research through to campaign execution and performance analysis. You'll collaborate closely with creative and digital agencies as well as executive and senior internal stakeholders, with the goal of maximising project visibility, customer engagement and ROI.
You'll lead a small team and take a light-touch approach to budgets, reviewing spend and shaping recommendations rather than owning budgets outright.

  • A confident communicator who builds relationships with ease and handles conflicting stakeholder views with maturity
  • Leadership or mentoring experience, with direct or indirect reports
For You
  • Hybrid working : 2 days WFH, with flexibility around personal and parental commitments
  • Melbourne CBD fringe near public transport
  • An employer of choice committed to diversity and inclusion, with benefits including paid parental leave, EAP access and novated leasing
  • A genuine focus on innovation, including AI and emerging systems
  • A corporate environment that backs your expertise, gives you room to make an impact, and connects you to a wider network and greater resources
