Position Overview:
Your role will be hands on and diverse developing and implementing marketing strategies across your portfolio of residential communities including but not limited to strategy, planning and market research through to campaign implementation, and performance analysis, ultimately maximising project visibility, customer engagement, and return on investment.
About You:
You are an experienced Property Marketing specialist who has experience across the full life cycle of a project including launching a new project to market. You enjoy a diverse, fast-paced environment and ideally have greenfield land project experience. Applicants from a Property Agency working with a number or property development clients across projects will also be strongly considered. You ideally have leadership/mentorship experience and have directly or indirectly managed direct reports.
