National Retail Lease Administrator | High-Growth Portfolio | Major Retail Expansion Program

We’re seeking a National Retail Lease Administrator to step into a high-volume, commercially driven leasing role sitting at the centre of a significant national retail expansion and transformation program.

This is a rare opportunity to be directly involved in a portfolio that is actively scaling, evolving and modernising its leasing approach at pace. You’ll work across a high number of active leasing transactions and play a key role in how store growth, conversions and renewals are delivered nationally.

This is the kind of role that doesn’t come up often — fast-paced, commercially visible, and central to a major growth agenda.

Why You’ll Want This Role
  • You’ll be part of a national retail business undergoing major transformation and rapid expansion
  • You’ll work on a high-volume portfolio with continuous store rollout and conversion activity
  • You’ll have direct exposure to leasing, development, finance and senior stakeholders across the business
  • Your work will directly influence how quickly and effectively new stores and changes are delivered
  • You’ll join a high-performing property team where pace, accountability and execution matter
  • You’ll be in a role where strong performers are recognised and progression opportunities are real

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of lease documentation and execution across a national retail portfolio, ensuring leasing transactions move efficiently from review through to completion.

This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll be close to active deals, supporting new stores, renewals, relocations, variations and large-scale conversion activity.

You’ll also play a role in improving leasing processes and supporting more scalable, consistent frameworks as the portfolio continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate lease documentation across a national retail portfolio
  • Review, negotiate and finalise leases across all transaction types including new stores, renewals and conversions
  • Drive leasing matters through to execution with pace, accuracy and commercial alignment
  • Support a high-volume national store rollout and conversion program
  • Maintain consistency and governance across lease documentation and processes
  • Track leasing milestones and proactively identify and resolve risks or delays
  • Work closely with leasing, development and finance teams to support delivery outcomes
  • Contribute to improving systems, frameworks and leasing efficiency as the business scales

About You
  • Experience in retail leasing, lease administration or property law within a commercial environment
  • Confident working with lease documentation and transactional leasing processes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and accuracy
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of leasing risk and portfolio outcomes
  • Strong communicator who builds credibility with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience within national portfolios or high-growth retail environments will be highly regarded
If this sounds like your next step, please apply or reach out directly. All conversations will be treated in strict confidence.
