We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused  New Home Sales Consultant  to join a well-established residential building business known for delivering quality homes and exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a respected brand, guiding clients through the end-to-end home buying journey.

This role will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and delivering a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to contract. Working closely with internal design, construction, and operational teams, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and supporting continued business growth.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation through to signed contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and referral networks
  • Conduct customer consultations to understand client needs and present tailored home solutions
  • Maintain strong knowledge of home designs, specifications, and market trends
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to broader team performance
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, reporting, and CRM records
  • Represent the business professionally across display homes, events, and client interactions
About you:
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within residential housing, property, or a related industry
  • Strong relationship-building and customer engagement capability
  • Commercially driven with a strong focus on delivering results
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible to work weekends as required
