This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to partner with senior leaders and influence people strategy within a dynamic, project-driven environment.

The Opportunity

As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle while supporting organisational growth, leadership development and cultural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and advice on employee relations, performance management and leadership matters.
  • Lead and support organisational change, workforce planning and talent initiatives.
  • Drive engagement, culture and wellbeing programs.
  • Support recruitment strategies in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse people metrics to identify trends and provide commercial recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and best practice.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across People & Culture processes and programs.
About You
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience supporting leaders through organisational growth and change.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and contemporary HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
