Personal Assistant to Directors | Melbourne
An opportunity exists for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Directors of a growing Melbourne-based property and development group.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing competing priorities, and can confidently support senior leaders across both professional and personal responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Diary, calendar and meeting management
  • Coordinating travel, appointments and events
  • Managing emails, correspondence and confidential information
  • Potential coordination of meetings with Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders
Supporting the Directors with day-to-day personal assistance tasks
  • Maintaining systems, files and general coordination with our IT support team
About You
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or directors
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office and general business systems
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and solutions-focused
  • Trustworthy and reliable, dedicated and ability to be sensitive with personal information.
