An opportunity exists for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Directors of a growing Melbourne-based property and development group.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing competing priorities, and can confidently support senior leaders across both professional and personal responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary, calendar and meeting management
- Coordinating travel, appointments and events
- Managing emails, correspondence and confidential information
- Potential coordination of meetings with Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders
- Maintaining systems, files and general coordination with our IT support team
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or directors
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
- Proficient across Microsoft Office and general business systems
- Self-motivated, adaptable and solutions-focused
- Trustworthy and reliable, dedicated and ability to be sensitive with personal information.
