Principal – Client Development (Workplace Design & Construct)
We are seeking a commercially driven leader to grow our workplace design & construct business through strategic client relationships and winning new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business and expand key client accounts within workplace fit-out and commercial interiors
  • Develop win strategies for tenders, pitches, and negotiated opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients across the full project lifecycle
  • Partner with design, delivery, and project teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor pipeline, profitability, and client satisfaction
  • Lead client engagement initiatives and industry networking
About You
  • Proven experience in business development within workplace design, fit-out, construction, or commercial real estate
  • Strong understanding of the design & construct model and project lifecycle
  • Established network across corporate occupiers, consultants, and/or property sector
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Commercially astute with the ability to win and close deals

  • Strong pipeline and high conversion of targeted opportunities
  • Growth in key client accounts and repeat business
  • Delivery of profitable projects with high client satisfaction
