We are seeking a commercially driven leader to grow our workplace design & construct business through strategic client relationships and winning new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and expand key client accounts within workplace fit-out and commercial interiors
- Develop win strategies for tenders, pitches, and negotiated opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients across the full project lifecycle
- Partner with design, delivery, and project teams to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor pipeline, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Lead client engagement initiatives and industry networking
- Proven experience in business development within workplace design, fit-out, construction, or commercial real estate
- Strong understanding of the design & construct model and project lifecycle
- Established network across corporate occupiers, consultants, and/or property sector
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Commercially astute with the ability to win and close deals
- Strong pipeline and high conversion of targeted opportunities
- Growth in key client accounts and repeat business
- Delivery of profitable projects with high client satisfaction
