The ideal candidate will combine strong design capabilities with technical expertise, project management skills, and client communication experience to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff.
• Participate in client presentations and project meetings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and practical design solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical and design issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect license preferred.
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Seniors Living, Multi Residential.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building standards.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and project collaboration platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
