An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Project Executive to join a growing organisation delivering complex industrial and defence infrastructure projects across Australia.
This is a leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving project outcomes, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing project teams. About the Role
As the Senior Project Executive, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of major projects from early concept and design through to completion.Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading projects from concept and design through to final delivery with complete accountability for scope, budget, and client satisfaction.
- Acting as the primary point of accountability for project performance, client satisfaction, safety, budget and programme.
- Driving design-and-construct style projects, integrating construction and specialised equipment delivery.
- Leading, mentoring and developing Project Managers and project delivery teams.
- Managing contracts, budgets, forecasting, procurement and subcontractor performance.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Providing regular project updates and strategic reporting to senior leadership.
About You
To be successful, you’ll bring:- 15+ years’ experience leading large-scale industrial, construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience delivering projects valued between $20M and $100M.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or AIPM certification (highly regarded).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts and project financials.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead under pressure.
