With a strong pipeline of work across transport, road upgrades, pavements, drainage and major infrastructure programs, we are seeking a Project Engineer to support project delivery and continue developing their career within a high-performing team.
This role is ideal for a Civil Engineer with 3–5 years' experience looking to gain exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects while working alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams.
The Role
Working closely with experienced Project Managers and Supervisors, you will assist in the delivery of civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project delivery across programme, cost, quality and safety outcomes
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, ITPs and progress reporting
- Assist with project forecasting, procurement and cost tracking
- Monitor project compliance with WHS and environmental requirements
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders
- Support site coordination and construction planning activities
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
- 3–5 years' experience within civil construction or infrastructure projects
- Exposure to road, transport or DIT infrastructure projects highly regarded
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work within fast-paced project environments
