An exciting opportunity has arisen for a client-side Project Manager to join a well-capitalised, globally backed organisation delivering a growing portfolio of Accommodation and high-density residential projects across Australia.
Working closely with a highly experienced leadership team, you will play a key role in managing projects end-to-end—from feasibility through to delivery—across multiple assets nationally.
The Role
Reporting into senior development leadership, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple residential/accommodation projects , ensuring successful delivery across all phases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from origination, feasibility, design and delivery
- Driving outcomes across programme, cost, quality and risk
- Coordinating internal stakeholders and external consultants, contractors and authorities
- Overseeing design and construction teams across multiple locations
- Supporting procurement strategies and contract administration processes
- Ensuring projects meet sustainability (ESG), compliance and operational standards
- Contributing to continuous improvement across project systems, processes and delivery frameworks
About You
You are a proactive, commercially minded Project Manager who thrives in a client-side environment and enjoys taking ownership.
- 5–10 years’ experience in property, development or client-side project management
- Strong experience delivering residential apartments / high-density projects
- Proven ability to manage consultants, contractors and stakeholders
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Strong organisational, programme and cost management capability
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or similar
