Construction Project Manager - Client Side PM Consultancy -
Brisbane

An independently owned project management consultancy with a national remit, specialising in retail, commercial, healthcare, education, residential, and more is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in retail delivery to join their Brisbane team.

Joining a close-knit team, you will hit the ground running on the managing the delivery of projects across numerous asset classes from inception to completion.

Position Highlights:

Salary package up to $150,000

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Manage the delivery of retail projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Lead project meetings and regularly update senior stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, taking proactive steps to mitigate them.
Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in project management within the client-side consultancy space.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
