Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Client Side Consultancy

The Company
We are partnering with a well-established, Sydney-based client-side project management consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes across the commercial office and workplace sectors.
With a consistent pipeline of work from repeat Tier 1 and institutional clients, the business continues to grow and is looking to strengthen its delivery team with the addition of a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager.

The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of commercial office projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful outcomes across programme, cost, and quality.
Projects will typically include commercial office developments, refurbishments, fit-outs, and repositioning works ranging in scale and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through the full lifecycle from feasibility to delivery
- Act as the key client interface, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate design, consultant, and contractor teams
- Oversee procurement strategies and tender processes
- Monitor programme, cost, and risk to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Provide regular reporting to clients and senior stakeholders
- Drive project outcomes with a strong focus on quality and commercial performance
About You
- 4–10+ years’ experience in project management (client-side or consultancy preferred)
- Experience delivering commercial office / workplace projects in Sydney
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Property, Architecture, Engineering, or similar
- Ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a team environment
