Our client is a privately-owned, design-led property developer behind some of Melbourne's most prestigious residential landmarks. Known for meticulous attention to detail and a world-class purchasing experience, they've built a reputation over decades that speaks for itself. With a landmark luxury tower now launched on the CBD fringe, this is a rare opportunity to join a boutique developer at the centre of a high-profile project.


The Role

This is an immediately available position. You'll step straight onto a premium CBD fringe tower and own the full sales journey from first enquiry through to settlement. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be the face of a brand synonymous with design excellence, working with high-net-worth purchasers in a polished display suite environment.

The project has strong sales momentum and a healthy volume of inbound leads already flowing through, with real capacity to scale further. Apartment price points sit firmly in the prestige segment, meaning commission earnings reflect the calibre of product you'll be selling.

This role suits someone ready to hit the ground running. It could be structured as a permanent role or contract through to project completion, whichever works best for the right person. Beyond this project, the group is actively exploring new acquisitions, with further opportunities likely for the right candidate.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the end-to-end sales process: lead, appointment, contract, settlement
  • Building genuine relationships with affluent purchasers and investors
  • Delivering premium presentations from luxury display suites
  • Partnering with the marketing team on lead generation and campaign performance
  • Keeping CRM and sales reporting sharp and up to date
  • Representing the brand with professionalism and deep product knowledge at every touchpoint


About You

  • Proven experience in luxury apartment sales, off-the-plan preferred but not essential
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiator with a consultative, client-first approach
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and architectural plans and specs
  • Polished, professional, and genuinely passionate about premium property
  • VIC real estate licence advantageous but not essential


The Package

  • Up to $110K base (negotiable for experienced candidates) + commission
  • OTE $200K+
  • Boutique, high-trust environment reporting directly to the MD
  • A landmark project with a developer who takes serious pride in their work
