The RoleYou'll run in-depth strategy sessions with pre-qualified clients, walking in with context already established. Your job is to translate their financial position and goals into a structured property investment pathway, present tailored House & Land or Land opportunities, and guide them through to a decision.
Sessions typically run four to six hours. You'll work alongside mortgage brokers and financial planners as part of a coordinated client process, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The StructureSeven-day appointment cycle. Tuesdays are reserved for team catch-ups, training, and admin. Appointments generally start between 8:00 and 8:30 am.
Weekend work is part of the role. Currently around three weekends per month, with a mix of single- and two-day weekends. Days in lieu are provided. As the team grows, weekend frequency is expected to reduce.
Who We're Looking For- Minimum 3.5 years in property investment advisory, project sales, financial planning, a buyer's agency, or similar setting.
- Agents rep or real estate certificate required.
- You're commercially sharp and able to balance strong conversion outcomes with a genuine client experience.
- You enjoy 'closing'.
- Traditional established residential sales without a strategic or advisory component is generally not the right fit.
$80,000 - $95,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission | OTE $200K - $250K++
