Redpath Partners are excited to again partner with Rosefern Homes for an exclusive search to appoint their next exceptional Quantity Surveyor to the business.
Due to their growing portfolio of work, they’re looking to bring in another high performer to their small but ambitious team.
The focus of the position will be to work across the full lifecycle of their project which will include feasibility through to final accounts. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to ensure financial success of projects.
Coming with a high level of autonomy and agency this position will give you the opportunity to make your mark on not just the project but the business.

Founded in 2019, Rosefern Homes has delivered 100+ homes in the Canterbury region and have established a reputation for craftsmanship, reliability and smart design.
The team prides themselves on delivering stylish, timeless homes in high-growth locations, emphasising quality, simplicity, and care for their clients.
Having recently completely sold their first Queenstown development the business is in an exciting phase of growth with a big year ahead planned.
The requirements
• A Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying
• Strong knowledge of NZS:3910 contracts
• Confident working across the full-project lifecycle
• Competency with software systems; Buildertrend experience would be preferred
• Demonstrate a track record on delivering density residential projects
