The Role
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle working within the property and construction sectors, partnering with developers, contractors, consultancies and asset owners.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Day to day, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, advise businesses on hiring strategies, and identify high quality candidates through proactive market engagement.
  • You will meet with clients and candidates, provide guidance on market trends, manage recruitment processes from initial brief through to offer negotiations.
  • Autonomy to grow your own network, the focus is on developing long term partnerships, delivering successful outcomes and becoming a trusted advisor within the industry.
  • Build your own personal brand and be the market go to within your specialist area, attend relevant industry events and promote the Redpath Partners brand nationally across NZ.
Requirements
  • 1+ year’s experience in recruitment, or a proven background in sales within the construction or property sectors
  • Strong business development ability, with the confidence to engage with senior industry professionals
  • A commercial mindset and genuine interest in understanding businesses, projects and people
  • Resilience, drive and the ability to work within a high-performance culture
  • Proactive approach to developing networks, identifying opportunities and building long term partnerships
