The Opportunity
Seeking  a mid-weight architect who wants more than just a job.
This role is for someone who wants to own something — to come in early, shape the design direction of a scaling brand, and grow into the Head of division as the business expands.
Working directly with the founder, you will be focused entirely on what matters most to us: designing floorplans and facades.

The role:

• Designing and refining floorplans across the groups core product range
• Developing facade concepts and families across multiple architectural styles
• Producing and managing working drawings and documentation
• Iterating on existing designs to suit different lot sizes and frontages
• Supporting the expansion of our product catalogue (we're targeting 20+ new floorplans post-launch)
• Collaborating closely with the founder and design team on new product development
• Ensuring all designs are buildable, cost-conscious, and repeatable at scale

• A degree in Architecture (or currently completing final year)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or ArchiCAD
• A genuine interest in residential design — you need to care about how a home looks and lives
• Strong attention to detail in both design and documentation
• Someone who works well independently and takes ownership of their work
