Our client Freedom Built is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team in Rolleston. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, achieving strong sales results, and guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.

Working with everyone from first-home buyers to property investors and downsizers, you’ll take ownership of the sales journey, helping clients navigate the process from their first enquiry through to design, build and handover.

The Role

  • Answering enquiries and meeting clients
  • Running open homes, private viewings, and looking after show homes
  • Walking clients through the sales, design, and build process without the jargon
  • Preparing and managing Sale & Purchase agreements
  • Helping clients choose colours, finishes, and specs they’ll love long-term
  • Working closely with architects, consultants, and the internal team
  • Creating property listings and ads that stand out
  • Supporting clients from first enquiry to move-in day and long after

This role’s for you if:

  • You’ve got proven sales results and love closing the loop
  • You understand the design-and-build process
  • You don’t mind weekend work - that’s when the action happens.
  • You’re confident, approachable, and great with all kinds of people
  • You’re a team player who shows up for others
  • You have a full NZ driver’s licence

What’s in it for you?

  • Company vehicle, phone, and laptop
  • Quarterly health & wellness allowance
  • Competitive base + commission
  • Rolleston-based office and showhome
  • A genuinely supportive team culture
