They’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their team and provide hands-on support across their sales and development activity.

This is a really varied role. You’ll be involved in everything from contracts and client communication through to land, plans, variations and working with developers and internal teams. This is a really varied role. You’ll be involved in everything from contracts and client communication through to land, plans, variations and working with developers and internal teams. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, likes having variety in their day and is good at keeping things organised.

The Role

  • Supporting the sales team with contracts, specifications, pricing and project documentation
  • Coordinating contract requests and making sure approvals and information are followed up
  • Assisting with land purchases and keeping up to date with available land and development
  • Working with landowners, developers, legal teams and other external stakeholders
  • Coordinating plans and changes with drafting teams
  • Arranging geotechs, surveys, window quotes, consents and other project requirements
  • Helping manage variations and making sure the right information gets through to the relevant teams
  • Keeping contract and project folders organised and up to date
  • Following up developer approvals and outstanding information
  • Communicating with clients around terms, variations, schemes and upcoming developments
  • Supporting the sales team with plans, pricing and general project information
  • Keeping project managers and internal teams updated
  • Helping with council, subdivision and development-related tasks
  • Reviewing contracts and specifications
  • Keeping project management systems and information up to date
  • Getting involved in improving systems, spreadsheets and processes

About You

  • Experience in property, real estate, construction, land development or a similar environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients, developers and internal teams
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A commercial and sales-focused mindset
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Confidence working with contracts, specifications and project documentation
  • Good computer skills across Microsoft Office, CRM and project management systems
  • A willingness to learn new systems and ways of working
  • ​​​​​​​A genuine interest in AI and technology , and an ability to use these tools to work smarter and improve efficiency
