We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a prestigious Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) Family Office. This is a unique opportunity to work in a sophisticated investment environment with exposure to property investment management, private credit, and a diverse range of alternative investments.

You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting investment decision-making, and managing complex structures across a multi-asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple entities and investment structures
  • Manage accounting and reporting for property investments, including income, expenses, and capital works
  • Oversee accounting for private credit and alternative investments
  • Perform portfolio analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare and lodge BAS returns and ensure ongoing compliance with tax obligations
  • Maintain and manage trust structures, including distributions and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with external advisors, including auditors, tax consultants, and legal professionals
  • Assist with cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Drive process improvements and enhance reporting systems and controls
About You
  • CA/CPA qualified or part qualified if actively studying 
  • 3 - 5 years +’ experience in accounting, ideally within a family office, private wealth, or investment environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of trust structures, tax compliance, and financial reporting
  • Experience with property accounting and exposure to private credit or alternative investments preferred
  • High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information
