You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting investment decision-making, and managing complex structures across a multi-asset portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple entities and investment structures
- Manage accounting and reporting for property investments, including income, expenses, and capital works
- Oversee accounting for private credit and alternative investments
- Perform portfolio analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and lodge BAS returns and ensure ongoing compliance with tax obligations
- Maintain and manage trust structures, including distributions and compliance requirements
- Liaise with external advisors, including auditors, tax consultants, and legal professionals
- Assist with cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting
- Drive process improvements and enhance reporting systems and controls
- CA/CPA qualified or part qualified if actively studying
- 3 - 5 years +’ experience in accounting, ideally within a family office, private wealth, or investment environment
- Strong technical knowledge of trust structures, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Experience with property accounting and exposure to private credit or alternative investments preferred
- High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information
