Roles & Responsibilities

• Support documentation and delivery phases on major precinct-scale developments.
• Collaborate with nominated architects, internal construction teams, and external consultants to achieve design outcomes.
• Maintain design intent and quality across concept, DA, and delivery stages.
• Assist with coordination, BCA compliance, and technical resolution on multi-residential and mixed-use projects.
• Gain exposure to early-stage design and planning as the business brings more work in-house.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in multi-residential or mixed-use projects.
• Strong technical capability, with an eye for detail, buildability, and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Revit.
