This established project advisory and delivery consultancy partners with clients to successfully deliver projects across the built environment. Offering expertise from early planning and design coordination through to procurement, construction oversight and project completion, the team works across a broad range of commercial, industrial, retail and development projects.
Role
- Senior technical position focused on Revit, documentation and architectural detailing
- Work across projects from concept and developed design through to Resource Consent, Building Consent, tender and construction documentation
- Strong focus on building envelope and façade detailing, including curtain wall systems, cladding, windows, doors, waterproofing and roof junctions
- Take ownership of Revit standards, families, templates and documentation workflows
- Coordinate consultant information and develop practical, buildable technical solutions
- Opportunity to become a key technical resource within the growing design team
- Potential to progress into a broader technical leadership position, including mentoring and QA responsibilities
Requirements
- Strong NZ architectural technical and documentation experience
- Highly proficient in Revit
- Strong understanding of the NZ Building Code, particularly E2, accessibility, fire, seismic and commercial construction
- Excellent architectural detailing and building envelope experience
- Confident producing Building Consent, tender and construction documentation
- Strong attention to detail with a practical understanding of how design translates into construction
- Experience across commercial, hospitality, retail, refurbishment or other technically complex projects would be advantageous
- Collaborative, proactive and keen to contribute to improving technical standards and processes
- Permanent, full-time Auckland position
