The Role
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering projects from concept design through to construction, working closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects across land development, infrastructure and urban development sectors
- Prepare and review technical designs, reports and documentation
- Manage project budgets, programmes and deliverables
- Liaise directly with clients, councils, authorities and contractors
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and designers
- Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
About You
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent
- 8+ years' Australian consultancy experience
- Strong experience in land development, roads, stormwater and civil infrastructure projects
- Proficiency with 12d, DRAINS, AutoCAD and related design software
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards, Austroads and local authority requirements
- Proven ability to manage projects, clients and project financials
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
