An established, nationally recognised property developer is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead projects across the full development lifecycle.

With a strong pipeline of residential and mixed-use developments, this role offers the opportunity to take true ownership from acquisition through to delivery, driving both project performance and commercial outcomes.
 

• Lead multiple projects end-to-end (feasibility → delivery → completion)
• Drive program, budget and design outcomes
• Manage consultants, contractors and builder relationships
• Partner with sales & marketing to optimise product positioning
• Oversee feasibilities, budgets, risk and funding processes
• Contribute to acquisitions, due diligence and site negotiations
• Provide leadership and mentorship within the team

• ~10+ years’ experience in development management
• Extensive experience to  built form projects
• Proven delivery experience across full project lifecycle
• Strong commercial acumen and feasibility capability
• Well-connected within the SA property market
