Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of the Senior Leasing Manager includes:
Provide strategic leasing recommendations and oversight for the ramp up leasing phase and ongoing leasing success
Contribute data and insights to annual budgets, financial forecasts, and portfolio performance reporting
Manage leasing enquiries from initial contact through to application and execution of lease documentation
Conduct property tours, open homes and private inspections in alignment with brand standards
Oversee application conversion and ensure thorough applicant vetting, supported by the Leasing Coordinator
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of apartment availability, current residents, lease expiration schedules, and available amenities.
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis and provide insights to the broader team to support pricing and leasing strategies
Candidate:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially astute Leasing professional with strong leadership skills. You will be a strong negotiator who is able to manage relationships effectively. You must be able to work collaboratively and think strategically.
- Agents Representative or Full Real Estate license (Victoria).
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in real estate property management and sales (BTR experience highly regarded)
- In-depth understanding of relevant legislation in property management, including the Residential Tenancies Act.
- Proven record leasing apartments from standing start. leading a team and running a successful property operations business to successfully maximise investment returns while creating a superior client experience.
