New Senior opportunity available for a Head of Facilities & Asset Management who has experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate will be experienced within change management and transformation. You will centralise FM and asset management functions across multiple teams by developing an asset management strategy.
You will ensure delivery against opex and capex targets, service standards, safety compliance, and sustainability objectives and candidates with an engineering degree will be very well received.
This role will suit someone who has a passion for transformation, has experience developing FM & asset management strategies and has a desire to manage a large team.
