Senior Project Manager
An established developer-builder is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark $315M mixed-use development based in Castle Hill.
This is a brand-new opportunity to take ownership of a complex project comprising 350 apartments with ground-floor retail, delivering the project from early works through to completion.

- Safety, quality and programme delivery
- Authority and consultant coordination
About You
- 10+ years' construction industry experience
- Proven experience delivering residential, mixed-use or high-rise developments
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Experience delivering projects valued at $150M+
- Tier 1, Tier 2 or developer-builder background
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams from commencement through to completion
