Senior Project Manager – Data Centre 
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a brownfield construction project within operational data centre environment.
 
The Role
You’ll own end-to-end delivery of projects within live facilities, from planning, construction through to commissioning and handover. The role requires strong control of sequencing, risk, and stakeholder coordination in environments where continuity of operations is critical. This is a full-time permanent role.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead delivery of construction projects within live data centre environments
  • Plan and manage works to minimise disruption to operational systems
  • Develop and manage detailed project programmes, including phasing and sequencing
  • Manage contractors across performance, programme, cost, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and manage change throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, and customer teams to align works with site constraints
  • Oversee commissioning, integration, and handover into live environments
  • Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and key decisions
What Good Looks Like
  • Experience delivering construction projects in operational or constrained environments
  • Strong understanding of critical infrastructure (power, cooling, redundancy), with the ability to manage delivery around it
  • Proven ability to plan and sequence complex works
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing contractors and project costs
  • Operates with a high level of ownership and accountability
Additional Experience (Desirable)
  • Data centre project experience (brownfield or upgrade works)
