Senior Project Manager (Residential & Industrial) – Client Side Project Management

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing and well-regarded client-side project management consultancy delivering premium projects across the luxury residential, industrial and mixed-use sectors.
This role will suit a commercially astute and client-focused project leader who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle — from early feasibility and design management through to construction delivery and project completion.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of projects from feasibility, planning and design through to construction and handover
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial outcomes
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities and stakeholder teams
• Oversee design management and ensure projects align with client objectives
• Monitor project risk, reporting and financial performance
• Lead client communication and act as the key project representative
• Support junior team members through leadership and mentorship
• Contribute to business development, networking and future project opportunities
About You:
• 10+ years’ experience within construction or client-side project management
• Proven experience delivering luxury residential, industrial and/or mixed-use developments
• Strong understanding of project delivery, contracts and commercial management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects within fast-paced environments
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management or similar
