WFH flexibility too - Most people are 1 day from home, 1 day on site and 3 days office.
14 in his team nationally - Have enough in the pipeline that this person in 12 months would have $500m + construction leading a team of externals - All in SE QLD.
In 2-3 years', time they could be managing a major retail precinct in VIC - Still based in QLD.
Current person will be gone by middle of October, sooner the better on someone joining them. They internal team will go out to market and advertise but he isn't confident they will get them.
Initially a coffee with Duncan, the 2nd coffee with the development team, or Duncan's boss - Peter Squires. Psychometric testing and (3 interviews (1 coffee) in total).
