An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-capitalised, institutionally backed logistics and industrial platform experiencing significant national growth.
With a strong development pipeline across the east coast, this role offers the chance to work across large-scale industrial and logistics projects , with a clear pathway to step into a Head of Projects position as the business continues to scale.
The Role
Operating in a lean, high-performing environment, you will act as the client-side lead across multiple industrial developments nationally .
This is a strategic delivery role , where project management is outsourced—you will oversee and drive performance across external consultant and contractor teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of industrial/logistics developments across multiple states
- Managing and coordinating external project managers, consultants and contractors
- Driving outcomes across programme, cost, quality and risk
- Acting as the key interface between development, capital partners and delivery teams
- Overseeing design, planning, procurement and construction phases
- Ensuring projects align with investment objectives and commercial outcomes
- Implementing and improving project management frameworks and governance structures
- Supporting the growth of the platform with the opportunity to build and lead a future internal team
About You
You are a commercially astute, client-side operator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable leading without direct control.
- 8–15+ years’ experience in client-side or consultancy project management
- Strong track record delivering industrial / logistics projects (highly preferred)
- Experience managing external PMs, consultants and contractor teams
- Ability to operate across multiple projects and jurisdictions simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Commercially driven with a focus on outcomes, not process
- Ambition to step into a leadership / Head of Projects role in the near term
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or similar
